More Investor Insights for Fund+ Managers
What it is:
Easily view investor details directly from your cap table, including legal names, control persons (for entities), investor carry, management fees, and wire instructions. You can also instantly download a comprehensive CSV with all essential investor data from your cap table.

How it helps you:
You can now instantly access the investor information you need, right from the cap table. By making these data points easily accessible, we reduce back-and-forth, saving you time and bringing Fund+ visibility in line with what SPV managers already experience.
Automatic Notifications for Capital Call Receipts
What it is:
Investors and Fund+ managers now receive automatic email confirmations when contributions are received. The messages include key details like investor name, amount received, and fund name.

Automatic confirmations reduce uncertainty and help you build trust with investors by immediately confirming transactions, ensuring everyone stays informed without extra effort on your part.
Compliance & Reporting
ERISA Investor Limit for Regulatory Compliance
What it is:
To ensure compliance with ERISA, Sydecar automatically tracks investor status and enforces the 25% limit on ERISA-subject participation in each SPV or Fund.

How it helps you:
This update protects you from triggering ERISA reporting requirements and ensures compliance without added administrative work. Sydecar proactively notifies you if ERISA participation approaches the regulatory threshold, helping you stay avoid delays when closing your deal. Investors subject to ERISA can still participate as long as the deal remains under the cap, giving all parties peace of mind.

New Feedback Tools
What it is:
For the first time, investors and managers can now contact Sydecar's support team directly from within the app, initiating an email thread without leaving the platform. This feature also allows users to share product feedback and rate their experience.
