Sydecar YouTube Follower Giveaway.
This giveaway will begin on July 23, 2025 and end on August 6, 2025 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time.

How to Participate.

To participate, you must subscribe to Sydecar’s YouTube channel and complete the official entry form. All submissions are subject to Sydecar’s Terms of Service found at https://www.sydecar.io.

Eligibility and Limitations.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sydecar and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Participants must be new subscribers to the Sydecar YouTube channel during the giveaway period, and submit a valid entry form during the giveaway period. Limit one entry per person.

Entries.

Only entries submitted through the official giveaway entry form will be considered. YouTube subscription may be verified by Sydecar at its discretion. Participants must provide accurate information. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Prize.

Three (3) winners will be selected at random from eligible entries. Each winner will receive a Sydecar Swag Bag, which may include Sydecar branded merchandise such as a hat, notebook, water bottle, and other items (subject to availability). Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, Sydecar reserves the right to select an alternate winner or not award the prize, at its sole discretion.

Publicity; Use of Personal Information.

By participating, where allowed by law, all participants grant Sydecar permission to use their names, photographs, and likenesses in connection with promotional activities related to the giveaway and waive any claims to royalty or compensation for such use. Participants agree that Sydecar may use personal information obtained during the giveaway for marketing and other communications.

Release.

By participating, each participant waives any and all claims of liability against Sydecar and its employees and agents for any personal injury or loss arising from participation in the giveaway or from the use of any prize.

Miscellaneous.

Sydecar reserves the right to substitute prizes, amend the rules, or cancel the giveaway at any time at its sole discretion. Sydecar disclaims any obligation to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the giveaway. By entering, participants agree to be contacted by Sydecar for marketing purposes.

Compliance with Law.

The giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law principles. As a condition of participation, to the fullest extent allowed by law, participants agree that any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with the giveaway shall be resolved individually through arbitration and not as part of a class action. By subscribing and/or submitting an entry, each participant irrevocably waives, to the greatest extent allowed by law, any right to seek and/or obtain rescission and/or equitable and/or injunctive relief. Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and agree that any damages will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the giveaway.
