Quick Close Contest. Contest will begin on December 1, 2024, and end on December 31, 2024, at 11:59 pm Pacific Time.

How to Participate. To participate, you must complete the opt-in form and follow Sydecar on LinkedIn. All submissions are subject to Sydecar’s Terms of Service found at https://www.sydecar.io/.

Eligibility and Limitations. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Open to all Sydecar customers who are legal residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. The SPV must be a non-Fund+ SPV, initiated between December 1–31, 2024, and closed within 7 calendar days of initiation. An SPV is considered closed when all investors have signed legal documents subscribing for an interest in the SPV, and funded their capital commitments. Sydecar shall not be responsible for any failure of, or delay by, an investor or the participant to complete the necessary closing steps within 7 calendar days. Such steps shall be at Sydecar’s discretion and shall include all standard onboarding requirements, including completing a know-your-client check and enhanced due diligence review, as necessary.

Entries. Only entries submitted through the official contest opt-in form may be used to participate. Participants must follow Sydecar on LinkedIn at the time of SPV closing to qualify. You may be rewarded multiple times as long as you meet the criteria with each SPV. Once you’ve submitted the form and opted in, you don’t need to resubmit it for additional SPVs.

Prize. Each participant who meets all contest criteria will receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other prize. Participants must provide valid and accurate contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, Sydecar reserves the right to not award that winner’s prize, in their sole discretion.

Publicity; Use of Personal Information. By participating, where allowed by law, all participants grant Sydecar exclusive permission to use their names, photographs, and likenesses in connection with the promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty or remuneration for such use. By participating, where allowed by law, participants agree that Sydecar may disclose personal information obtained during the contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

Release. By participating, each participant waives any and all claims of liability against Sydecar and its employees and agents for any personal injury or loss arising from participation in the contest or from the use of any prize.

Miscellaneous. Sydecar reserves the right to substitute prizes, amend the rules, or discontinue the contest at any time at their sole discretion. Sydecar disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the contest. By entering this contest, you agree to be contacted by Sydecar for marketing communications.

Compliance with Law. The contest is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in the giveaway, to the fullest extent allowed by law, participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action or controversies arising out of or in connection with the contest, shall be resolved in arbitration individually and without resort to collective, class, or aggregate action. By registering and/or submitting an entry, each participant irrevocably waives, to the greatest extent allowed by law, any right to seek and/or obtain rescission and/or equitable and/or injunctive relief. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering the giveaway), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
