No, Sydecar is an administrator and does not provide tax advice. Sydecar is responsible for filing the partnership tax returns for the SPVs it supports as well as Schedules K-1, and K-2 / K-3, as applicable.

As detailed in our Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work, all customers are strongly encouraged to consult their own tax professional.
